Search Pro Quick Start

The Search Pro Tool allows a full MLS search, including the combining of separate searches into a single report, as well as separate or common property types. Once the search results are displayed, the agent can select among several summary displays prior to selecting properties and generating reports.

1. To access Search Pro, log into the intranet:
   1. Click Resources > Single Sign On
   2. Click Search Pro

2. The opening search window will default to your MLS (if you have multiple MLS memberships there will be a choice) and the ‘Residential’ property type with a down arrow if you want to change property types or do a ‘common’ search (combining different property types into a single search). This is located close to the top center of the search window. Note: Common searches offer less fields, since they basically have to match across the various property types.

3. Enter your search criteria then click Count and/or Search to access the results.
   1. Each property result is displayed in rows using a summary line format. The ‘Photo’ summary line is default, but there are several summary line formats to choose from, including a map view.

4. Review and select the properties desired
5. Click the Reports button
   1. Select one or more reports, flyers, and marketing pages
   2. Click Generate
6. Print or email your finished reports

7. If you want to combine multiple search results, from the Results tab:
   1. Click ACTION
   2. Click Add to Collection
   3. Once you have completed the collection of properties click Show Collection
   4. Follow Steps 5 & 6 to complete your combined reports
