CMA Pro
Agents have a lot of choices when creating a market analysis for potential sellers. Most of them do not allow you to differentiate yourself from other agents because many are using the same basic tool. CMA Pro allows the agent to use something only other BBHSNW agents are using in our market area.
If you have not used this tool before, I recommend you stay with the default CMA packages. However, you can pick the specific reports and BHHSNW marketing pages you desire. Follow the directions below to proceed through the seven-step wizard:
- In the intranet, click Resources, then Single Sign On, then click CMA Pro. This launches the CMA Wizard:
Step 1: Name the CMA (helps to find it in the future)

Step 2: Enter the Contact Name
Note: You can add a new contact within the wizard and it will automatically post into your contact list.
Step 3: Select the Subject Property
Note: You can add a new subject property within the wizard and it will automatically post into your contact list.
Step 4: Select Properties
- If needed, select the MLS Board at the drop down window
- Enter the properties
- Click Browse to search and select the properties to include, and click OK, or
- Enter each property individually (begin to type in address, list will appear)
Step 5: Select the CMA Package
1. Browse to select an existing CMA package, or
2. Click New CMA package to build, and save a custom CMA package for now or in the future
Step 6: Select the Marketing Pages
1. Browse to select an existing Marketing Pages package or,
2. Click New Marketing Pages to build and save a custom CMA Package for now or in the future
Step 7: Create CMA Package
1. Click Save & Close
2. Click OK at ‘Record Created’ message and CMA Pro will open onscreen for review
Take some time to learn the strengths of this CMA. It can definitely set you apart from other agents competing for the same listing!
