You may have noticed the navigation on your CRM platform in Agent Access looks a little different than it did the last time you logged in. Everything you are used to having access to is still there, but Reliance has made a few changes in the layout, shortened some of the titles and added a couple of items to help improve usability in preparation of their making all of the pages responsive.
