Monthly Newsletters the Easy Way

Take a look at your Agent Access contact list. How many people on that list do you stay in regular contact with? Probably not that many—and that’s a shame because it is simple to do so. You have several automated products waiting for you to use, such as Market Watch, Market Tracker and PIP’s. These are great tools to relay relevant information to each individual on your contact list, but you will need to take the time to set them up individually.

Today I am going to walk through setting up a program that you can use to reach all your contacts each month, and it is real estate relevant, branded to you. It can be activated in five minutes—the Monthly Newsletter.

The newsletter is custom written each month so the information is fresh, and once you turn it on, you have a perpetual Keep in Touch program. Here is how to activate it:

  1. At your Agent Access home page, hover over Marketing, slide to Campaigns, then click My Campaigns.
  2. The top section of the next window is Stock Campaigns; the sixth one in the list is Monthly Newsletter. Click Recipients on that summary line.
  3. Check the All Contacts box; click Update Recipients.
  4. Click Settings on that same summary line; click the On radio button, then click

That’s all there is to it. I know, I fibbed about the amount of time it would take; it was only a minute. If you want, you can create a more specific group than All Contacts to receive the newsletter, but if you do not have a decent Keep in Touch program in place already, this keeps it simple. As with all our automated emails, each one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It is simple for the recipient to use, and you will get a notification they have opted out of the newsletter.
