‘My Dashboard’ in Agent Access
Are you using My Dashboard yet? It’s a great tool in Agent Access that supports business and client relationship management. It allows you to get a quick overview of your business, current contacts and their activities, leads, listings, and projected pipeline income. Here’s what the various sections tell you:
CRM at a Glance
- Total Contacts: Number of individuals in the agent contact list; click to go to contact list.
- Listings: Number of listings: click to go to the agent listings.
- Market Watch Emails: # of active Market Watches; click to view contacts, activity, view Market Watches.
- Monthly CRM Emails: # of emails sent from website system, click to access email history and view them.
- Unique Visits: Number of separate visits to the website the past 30 days; click to view detailed report.
Client Activity
- New Leads: # of leads in the past 30 days; click to view.
- New Contacts: # of new client records in the past 30 days; click to view.
- Recently Active: # of clients who have logged onto the website in the past 30 days; click to access window containing recently active client names.
- Listings View: Number of listing views of current agent listings; click to view report listing by listing.
- Contacts without Market Watch: Number of contacts not receiving automated Market Watch report; click to go to list of those without Market Watch. Click on a name to enter their record and add them to the report.
CRM Potential Value
- Total Pipeline: Total of agent listing commissions plus client nurturing value.
- Client Nurturing: Algorithm value (potential commissions) derived from individual web client listing views and saved favorites for past 180 days.
- Listing Commissions: Income projection from current listings, assuming 2.5% commission. Note: Adjust the commission rate by clicking on the Settings
Client Activity (list): Summary lines of current client activity within the agent website profile.
- Quick stop view of profile elements seen by website visitors.
- Update Profile: Click to modify profile items.
Newest Listings
- Summary lines of MLS #, location, and completeness of listing.
- Complete: Indicates percentage of basic listing information to website visitor. Place cursor on bar to see suggested improvements.
