The New Instant Acceptance Tool for Leads

For many years, there have been three ways to get notified of and accept leads, but an agent could only choose two of the three. That has changed since the recent release of the new Instant Acceptance tool—agents can now use all three!

With the recent upgrade within Agent Access, some function locations have changed, so read below to discover where to find each Lead Acceptance option.

As a default, the agent will always be notified that a lead is waiting in Agent Access. To accept:

1. Log in, hover over Leads, then click
2. Scroll to Leads Pending Review and Acceptance, select the lead, click Accept Lead.
3. Confirm by clicking Accept Lead at the second window.

Agents can now use their email address and/or text message number to accept leads by simply replying to a message.

Here’s how to activate the Instant Acceptance function:

1. Log into Agent Access, click the down arrow next to your name, click Profile
2. Scroll to the Instant Acceptance section:
   1. Instant Acceptance Email Address: Enter your preferred email address to which you want leads sent.
   2. Instant Acceptance Text Message Number: Enter your mobile device number (such as your smartphone) that receives texts (include the ‘1’ prefix before the area code).
   3. You have the option of selecting Email Only, Text Only, Use Both.
   4. Click
3. To accept an Instant Acceptance lead, reply to either the email or text message by putting something into the message area, then click Reply. Within 2 minutes you will receive a second email/text verifying you accepted the lead. It will include the contact and information regarding your new client.

I am willing to receive multiple notifications to be sure I don’t miss a lead, but it is up to you whether you receive one, two, or three notifications that a lead is waiting.
