Embedding Media Files in your Agent Website

Have you ever wanted to embed video on your website, either at your homepage or a content page? Maybe it’s a video about an area you farm, a short presentation about yourself, or even a client testimonial. Embedding files is a powerful tool and not hard to implement.

After creating or legally accessing the media, here is how to embed that video at your website (from YouTube and other sites):

1. Log into Agent Access
2. At Site Builder, in
   1. Content > Pages, add a page or click Edit Page for any existing page, or
   2. In Design > Layout, click on the text area where you would like to add the media file
3. Click the cursor in the place you want to add the media onto the page
4. Click the Insert/Edit Video icon (looks like a film strip)
5. At the next window
   1. Enter the URL/file name
   2. Click Insert/OK (Note: The image did not display in my text editor, just its outline area; however, the image displayed correctly on the public website)
6. Once done with other edits on the page click Submit
7. If you are working at your home page, click Preview then Publish; if you are at a site content page, it is live on the website as long as you have that interior page marked ‘Show’

That’s all there is to it, and you have now differentiated yourself from over 90% of all other agent real estate websites!
