Reliance has upgraded the Seller Report to incorporate Zillow stats and they are currently working with Trulia to add those numbers in the near future. As a reminder, Seller Reports are automated statistics sent out weekly to your sellers to reflect buyer interests and activity.
In the sample graphics below, the Search Results Views includes the total number of times your seller’s home appeared in the search results on Zillow, any BHHSNW agent website or the company site when anyone searched for listing criteria that matched this home.
The Listing Map Previews and Listing Detail Views numbers show the total number of times someone actually clicked on that listing on a map or full details page on one of the websites.
To set up a Seller Report:
- Log into Agent Access / My Office.
- Hover over Listings; then click Manage.
- Click View next to the MLS # of the listing.
- At the next window click the Reports tab.
- To view the report to see what it will look like to your seller, click View Report at the Print or Email report section. We recommend doing this and manually emailing the first report with a welcome message in the email text, then click Send This Flyer.
- Once done, click Close Window, and at the next screen click Add Contact/Seller.
- This opens your My Office Contact List. Scan the names to see if your seller is listed; if so, click Select next to the name; otherwise click Add Contact, fill in at least the name and email address, click Add Contact Info and then select them. You may send to more than one contact.
The automated report will be emailed to your seller every Monday. Be sure to tell them we syndicate their listing to all the major real estate portals and their property is getting exposure from a global audience, but is impossible to track.
