The Enhanced ‘Favorite Properties’ Function
Have you ever received a notification that one of your clients has saved a favorite property? Hopefully, you have that function turned on in Agent Access. It is a great tool that lets you know when one of your web clients is not only searching, but dreaming of a new home.
Good news—we have just enhanced that function! Now, when someone saves a favorite property at your website, it automatically turns on Property Watch updates for that specific listing. In other words, if that listing has a price change, additional photos, even a listing status change, your client will receive a Property Watch update for that property. What a great way to motivate a client into action!
If you also have new listing update notifications turned on, you can reach out to the client to see if you can help, arrange a showing, or even just reinforce that you are their expert at a time when they are thinking about real estate.
This new function—automatically setting up email updates for favorite properties—is active now for future favorites. If you would like to activate it for existing favorites:
- At Agent Access, hover over Clients, then click Contact List
- Search to and click on the name of the contact who has a saved favorite
- You are at their Client Profile; click View Property Watch
- Click My Favorite Properties
- At the bottom of each property’s information is a box titled Email Me Updates
- Click that box, and any updates for that property will be sent to your Web Client.
Your client may have saved that favorite a while back and not even thought about it recently. This tool will bring it (and you) right back to the front of their mind!
